As an integral part of the Senior Management Team at People
Corporation, Melanie is responsible for all the day to day financial and
operational duties relating to the effective management of the client’s
and team members’ needs. Melanie has demonstrated an effective ability
to proactively “seek first to understand” and subsequently coordinate
and execute all client and operational needs.
Melanie began her career over 10 years ago with a large Canadian
insurer where she held both customer service and underwriting roles. She
then joined one of Canada’s largest national consulting groups where
her role was that of Benefits Consultant, focusing on both business
development and persistency. She now reports directly to the
Vice-President as Client Manager.
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and
friends as well as maintaining an active lifestyle through sports and
physical conditioning.
